Return Policy

We guarantee that you will receive the exact type and brand of contact lenses specified in your order. Each lens will arrive sealed in the manufacturer's sterile packaging.

Contact lenses are medical devices, so you cannot return them used.

You can return only unopened, unmarked and sealed contact lens vials or boxes.
Items must be returned via traceable mail.
Refund will be made after receiving back the items.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

You can make a claim for unreceived parcel only after 30 days from dispatching (Air Mail), or 15 days from dispatching (fast courier, like EMS/GLS/DPD)
